S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Announces $30 Million in Completed Transactions for May 2024


NORFOLK, VA (June 2024) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $30 million in sales and lease volume on 205,726 square feet and approximately 16 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:
NEW LEASES:
  • A & J Trucking Repair, LLC has leased 14,662 square feet of industrial space at 900 Broad Street in Portsmouth, VA. Austin Glaser represented the tenant.
  • Dollar Tree Stores has leased 11,264 square feet of retail space in White Marsh Shopping Center located at 1870 George Washington Memorial Highway in Hayes, VA. David T. Kalman represented the landlord.
  • Jeremy K. Hendrick and Christopher R. Ford have leased 9,000 square feet of industrial space at 2593 Mulch Landing Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
  • NAO LCO LLC has leased 6,119 square feet of office space at 152 Burnetts Way in Suffolk, VA. Sam Rapoport represented the landlord and Chris Zarpas and Steve Weinstein represented the tenant.
  • Rooter Plumbing has leased 5,978 square feet of office space on .46 acre located at 101 Malibu Drive in Virginia Beach, VA. Chris Zarpas and Martin Murden represented the landlord.

SALE TRANSACTIONS:
  • Lasgo, Inc. has purchased Live Oak Village, a 32-unit multifamily community located in Virginia Beach, VA from BBD Holdings LLC for $12,200,000. Doug Aronson and Claiborne “Clay” Brown of SLN Capital Markets and Nathan Shor represented the buyer.
  • THCO Inc has purchased a 41,250 square foot retail property on 2.24 acres in Waterlick Shopping Center located at 3412 Waterlick Road in Lynchburg, VA from Lynchburg Partners LLC for $2,700,000. David T. Kalman and Nathan Shor represented the seller.
  • Milton 6501, LLC has purchased an 11,200 square foot CVS property on 6.72 acres located at 6501 Caroline Street in Milton, FL from Swansong 4760, LLC for $2,375,000. Doug Aronson of SLN Capital Markets represented the seller.
