NORFOLK, VA – (August 2018) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $40 million in sales and lease volume on 127,069 square feet and approximately 56 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• Gold Key/PHR Development, LLC has leased 12,505 square feet of retail space at Loehmann’s Plaza in Virginia Beach, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
• Binns of Williamsburg has leased 10,802 square feet of retail space at WindsorMeade Marketplace in Williamsburg, VA. Richard Jacobson and Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
• VB Laskin Road II LLC has leased 9,203 square feet of retail space at 327 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Martin Murden, Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the landlord.
