NORFOLK, VA (October 2021) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $45 million in sales and lease volume on 219,481 square feet and approximately 18 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

• Babylon Micro Farms has leased 9,790 square feet of industrial space at 3407 Carlton Street in Richmond, VA. Reid Cardon and Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
• Professional Auto Care LLC has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 4825 W. Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Austin Newman, SIOR represented the landlord.
• Glynden Blu Logistics, LLC has leased 2,400 square feet of industrial space at 1435 Gust Lane in Chesapeake, VA. Ashley Bussey represented the landlord.
