- A2Z Golf Outlet has leased 4,866 square feet of retail space at Regency Hilltop Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord.
- Lamp Emporium has relocated and signed a new lease for 2,400 square feet of retail space in Short Pump Crossing Shopping Center at 3432 Pump Road in Henrico, VA. Bob Butcher represented the landlord.
- Dollar Bank, Federal Savings Bank has leased 1,961 square feet of retail space at 4540 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach, VA. Sam Rapoport represented the tenant.

- Impacts Investments Group LLC has purchased 86,627 square feet of retail space on 10.83 acres located at 10101 Brook Road, #100 in Glen Allen, VA from Virginia Center Common Realty Holding LLC for $4,100,000. David T. Kalman represented the buyer.
- 1435 Gust Lane LLC has purchased a 2,400 square foot industrial property on 4.637 acres located at 1435 Gust Lane in Chesapeake, VA from Ruth A. King for $605,000. Ashley Bussey represented the buyer.
- Nansemond Storage has purchased 3.18 acres of raw located at 5246 Nansemond Parkway in Suffolk, VA from M. David Jester for $440,415. Cheyney Cole, CCIM represented the buyer.
