NORFOLK, VA – (December 2017) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $8.2 million in sales and lease volume on 111,353 square feet and 7.34 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Sweetie Boy Fab Workz, Inc. has leased 5,432 square feet of retail space at 8805 Metro Court, North Chesterfield, VA. Elliot Warsof represented the tenant.
  • Wayne’s Outlet has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space at 5650 E. Virginia Beach Boulevard in Norfolk, VA. Seth Norman and Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
  • The Sparc Initiative has leased 3,245 square feet of retail space at 147 N. Main Street in Suffolk, VA. Sam Rapoport represented the landlord.

  • Right way property llc has purchased a 10,106 square foot Rite Aid store located in Raceway Plaza at 502 Laburnum Avenue in Henrico County, VA from WB Enterprises, LLC for $1,307,250. Nathan Shor represented the seller.
  • Michael R. Gingerich, LLC has purchased a 12,000 square foot industrial building on 1.09 acre located at 512 Central Drive in Virginia Beach, VA from Southeastern Virginia Properties. LLC for $830,000. Cheyney Cole represented the buyer.
  • Terminal Network Solution II, LLC has purchased a 5,000 square foot industrial building on 1.26 acre located at 3032 Gum Court in Chesapeake, VA from Dorothy M. Copeland for $460,000. Michael Zarpas represented the buyer.
