NORFOLK, VA (January 2022) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $97 million in sales and lease volume on 833,739 square feet and approximately 45 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Painted Tree Boutique has leased 38,920 square feet of retail space at Hilltop North Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Richard Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • Blast-One International has leased 12,000 square feet of industrial space at 3501-A Shipwright Street in Portsmouth, VA. Ben Leon represented the tenant.
  • Dean Archer has leased 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 1155 Pineridge Road in Norfolk, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR and Sam Rapoport represented the landlord.
  • Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen has ground leased .8 acre at Tanglewood Mall located at 4420 Electric Road in Roanoke, VA. Nathan Shor represented the tenant.
