S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Announces New Officers

NORFOLK, VA (March 2024) –   S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the following individuals have been promoted to new officer roles within the company:

Doug Aronson – Senior Vice President

Doug is Senior Managing Director for SLN Capital Markets, a division focused solely on investment sales of single and multi-tenant properties.

Chris Hucke – Senior Vice President

Chris is part of the Shopping Center Leasing Division where he is responsible for landlord/tenant lease negotiations, budget forecasting and leasing new developments and existing properties in the Hampton Roads, Virginia market.

Tyler Jacobson – Senior Vice President

Tyler handles a portfolio of over 1M square feet of commercial space providing contract negotiation and leasing services and focusses on identifying development opportunities and properties for acquisition throughout the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.

Paul Peck – Senior Vice President

Paul specializes in the acquisition and asset management of income-producing office, industrial and retail properties.

Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR – Senior Vice President

Stephanie specializes in Landlord/Owner Representation and Tenant/Buyer Representation for industrial and office brokerage throughout the Hampton Roads, Virginia region.

Sharon Swanberg – Senior Vice President

Sharon is a member of the commercial and multifamily development team, primarily managing acquisition and financing due diligence matters.

John J. Wessling, Sr., CCIM – Senior Vice President

John specializes in investment sales and multifamily development. His investment sales experience includes brokering multifamily, hotel, retail, and office sales.

Chris Zarpas – Senior Vice President

Chris focuses on full service commercial real estate brokerage solutions for business owners, investors and tenants in the investment, land, healthcare, office, industrial, mobile home park, and retail property sectors.

Rosalynn Perry – Regional Vice President

As Regional Vice President in the Multifamily Division, Rosalynn oversees operations of upscale, market-rate community portfolios within the DC/MD/VA area and emerging markets.

Lesa Stamos, CPA – Vice President

As Director of Accounting, Lesa provides comprehensive financial management training and support to tax managing directors and principals across the East Region.

Kris Vagnarelli – Vice President

As the Director of Information Technology, Kris leads the firm’s IT Department, which is responsible for the management, execution and strategy of all IT infrastructure and security.
