Neal P. Sadler – Vice President, Shopping Center Leasing
Neal joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2012 with an extensive background in leasing and property management. As a licensed real estate agent, Neal entered the commercial sector in 2009 and earned his associate broker license in 2018. He currently represents multiple landlords and their properties, consisting of roughly 800,000 square feet of retail space, along with numerous retailer accounts and various land and outparcel assignments. In addition to his philanthropic and community involvement, Neal is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), X-Team Retail Advisors and Mid Atlantic ICSC Program Planning Committee.
