NORFOLK, VA (June 2022) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been elected as Officers in the Company:
Christopher Devine – Vice President
Chris joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2014. He specializes in investment sales of all product types, with a concentration in medical office assets. His extensive experience includes all aspects of owner and tenant representation for both local and national clients, including site selection, contract negotiation and market research.
Chris is licensed in Virginia and North Carolina and a graduate of Roanoke College, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing and was a leading member of the varsity golf team.
Sam Rapoport – Vice President
Sam joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2015. He specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing, investment sales, and site selection for various financial institutions, retailers and developers. He has proven success at representing both tenants and property owners to identify, negotiate, and execute commercial transactions throughout the Hampton Roads region.
Sam is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he was an Academic Scholarship Athlete and a member of the lacrosse program for all four years.
