NORFOLK, VA – (June 2018) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that the following individuals have been elected as Officers in the Company:
Susan Davis, SPA, CGMA – Vice President
Susan has worked in public accounting in the Hampton Roads area with a concentration in real estate for many years. S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co was one of her largest accounts, and she worked with the Company in that capacity for at least 15 years prior to joining the firm in 2016. As Controller, her responsibilities include supporting the CFO with a concentration in managing the multifamily and corporate accounting departments. She is able to bring her S.L. Nusbaum historical knowledge and public accounting skills to enhance the functions of the departments.
Ginny Davila – Vice President
Ginny joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2009 and since becoming a member of the multifamily team, has successfully managed multiple communities and served as Marketing Manager. As Director of Multifamily Marketing, she is responsible for ensuring each community is setup for success. This includes analyzing ever-changing market trends, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and coaching on site leasing teams in the key areas of leasing/sales, resident retention and customer service.
With over 115 years of expertise in the real estate industry, S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. manages, develops and provides sales and leasing services for shopping centers, apartment communities, office, industrial and investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
