With the addition of the communities listed below, S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. will now be responsible for the management of nearly 1,200 units for Armada Hoffler Properties and its partners.
- The Cosmopolitan Apartments, Virginia Beach, VA
Comprised of 342 units, this distinctive community boasts elegance and sophistication with its impressive list of amenities that include an after-hours doorman, catering kitchen with chef demonstrations, and a rooftop swimming pool.
- Town Center Phase VI, Virginia Beach, VA
Upon completion, Armada Hoffler’s third multifamily property in the Town Center of Virginia Beach will feature approximately 130 luxury studios and one-bedroom apartment homes. This new phase of Town Center will also feature retail and restaurant space, an open-air public plaza leading to the Zeiders American Dream Theater and a pedestrian bridge connecting to an adjacent parking garage.
- The Residences at Annapolis Junction, Annapolis Junction, MD
This 416 luxurious community is currently leasing in anticipation of initial occupancy in the third quarter of this year. On top of its prime location in the newly-developed Annapolis Junction Town Center and adjacent to the Savage MARC Commuter Rail Station, the community amenities and apartment finishes are sure to be market trendsetters.
S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. will continue to manage Encore 4505, an urban-inspired, 286-unit community also located in the heart of the Town Center of Virginia Beach. The addition of these three new communities brings the total portion of Armada Hoffler Properties’ multifamily portfolio managed by S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. to nearly 1,200 units.
