Woodmere Trace was purchased by Community Preservation and Development Corp. (CPDC), a non-profit real estate developer focused on the acquisition, redevelopment, and operation of affordable housing communities for low and moderate income individuals and families.
The community is centrally located in Norfolk and will undergo a multi-million dollar renovation to include full kitchen and bathroom renovations, roof and HVAC replacement, where needed, improvements to exterior stairwells and landscaping.
