The property was purchased by VCC Partners, LLC and Shamin VCC, LCC from Impact Investments Group, LLC for $2,000,000. David T. Kalman of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the Seller in the transaction.
The property is part of a larger acquisition portfolio with plans to demolish the existing structure and undergo extensive redevelopment. The project will contain a new sports complex, to include indoor event space, featuring basketball courts and seating for approximately 4,500 spectators. Demolition is slated to begin within 90 to 120 days.
