NORFOLK, VA (September 2021): S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the sale of a multi-tenant retail condo at The Strand at 3244 Holland Road in Virginia Beach, VA for $2.02M. Doug Aronson, Senior Managing Director of SLN Capital Markets, a division of S.L. Nusbaum Realty, represented the seller in the transaction.
The 10,200 SF building was purchased by a private investment group that will occupy one of the existing spaces and derive income from the remaining three tenants which include Boil Bay Seafood, Grace Nails & Spa and Prince Tea Room.
The Strand is a Lidl-grocery anchored center with additional outparcels leased to Hardee’s and Christian Brothers Automotive. Another 4,000 square foot, multi-tenant outparcel is currently under development. Rita’s Ice will be a co-tenant in that building scheduled to be delivered in the first quarter of next year.
