S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Coordinates Purchase of Hampton Industrial Property and Long-Term Tenant Relocation to Norfolk

NORFOLK, VA (December 2025) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce two interconnected industrial transactions facilitated on behalf of our clients.

Munford Real Estate Group, L.C. has purchased a 24,620 square foot industrial building situated on 1.74 acres at 400 Rotary Street in Hampton, Virginia. The property was acquired from Stokes Hampton Warehouse, LLC for $2,750,000. Anthony Grecco, Senior Associate, represented the buyer in the acquisition.

Following the sale, MacGregor USA, Inc., a long-standing leader in maritime cargo and load handling solutions, relocated operations from the Hampton facility to a new 18,300 square-foot office/warehouse at 981 Scott Street in Norfolk, Virginia. Grecco also represented MacGregor in its site search and lease negotiations.
