RICHMOND, VA (January 2025) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the purchase of a, 1,825 square foot commercial building on .42 acre located at 1004 N. Sheppard Street in Richmond, VA by SRS Property Investment LLC from Weisleder LLC for $450,000. Reid Cardon provided Buyer Advisory services in this transaction.

The site is located in the growing hub of Scott’s Addition and will continue to be occupied by the current tenant until mid-2026.
