Richmond, VA (July 2025) S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the completed sale of a 1.194-acre commercial parcel located at the intersection of Ladysmith Road and Green Road, directly off Exit 110, Interstate 95 in Ruther Glen, Caroline County, Virginia.

The property was purchased by O’Reilly Automotive Parts Inc. for $1,100,000 from BDC Ladysmith LLC.
