S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Facilitates Purchase of First RaceTrac Travel Center Location in Virginia

Richmond, VA (September 2025) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful closing of RaceTrac’s first acquisition in Virginia for their new travel center format, marking the beginning of a series of planned developments with the national fuel and convenience store chain.

The property, which encompasses 6.03 acres, was purchased by Del Lago Investments, LLC, A Virginia Limited Liability Company from Greenlight Investments, LLC, A Virginia Limited Liability Company and is located at 1710 N. Mecklenburg Avenue in South Hill, VA. Larry Agnew and Sam Rapoport of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. facilitated the transaction, which was completed with a purchase price of $3,300,000. This site will serve as a key entry point for RaceTrac’s continued expansion into Virginia.
