Richmond, VA (September 2025) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 2.94-acre parcel of land located at 7115 Bethlehem Road in Henrico, Virginia, for $365,000.
The property was purchased by KM Hotels LLC from Jakhow LLC, The Estate of Julian B. Jacobs, The Estate of Bettie J. Jacobs, and Consolidated Sales Co Inc.
Douglas O. Tice, III represented the buyer and Nathan Shor represented the seller in this transaction.
