S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Facilitates Sale of Holiday Drive Properties in Charlottesville

Richmond, VA (November 2025) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the sale of 1900 and 2000 Holiday Drive to the City of Charlottesville for $6.2 million. Douglas O. Tice, III, CCIM, Senior Vice President at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the seller, MIS Property, LLC in the transaction.

The combined properties include a 27,000-square-foot, two-story office building on 1.57 acres, as well as an adjacent 2.3 acres of land zoned for a mix of commercial and residential uses.
