The Learning Experience Expanding into Bon Air

RICHMOND, VA (September 2024) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce Walton Park LLC has purchased 1.318 acres of land located at 1402 Packer Crossing in Bon Air, Virginia from Woodlands Real Estate LLC for $795,000. Douglas O. Tice, III, CCIM provided Buyer Advisory Services for this transaction.

The site will be developed into a new location for The Learning Experience, a childcare and early child development center with multiple locations throughout the country. With centers already established in Midlothian, Glen Allen and Richmond, this will mark the fourth Virginia location for the brand.
