TMHC’s 30th Annual Awards of Excellence Announced

Registered Apartment Management (RAM) designations were also presented to employees that had successfully completed the course.  S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. and managed communities were very well represented and won quite a number of awards.

There were 96 communities entered in the competition for Awards of Excellence. A new award was presented this year for any community that scored a perfect 100% during the judging. Two of these very special “Diamond Awards” were presented – both to S. L. Nusbaum managed communities! Congratulations to the whole team at both Park Towne Apartments and Pinewood Gardens Apartments!
