Trib Sutton Joins Richmond’s Office & Industrial Division

NORFOLK, VA (July 2024): S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. (SLN) is pleased to announce Trib Sutton has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President in the Office and Industrial Brokerage Advisory Division of the Richmond office.

Trib has deep roots in the commercial real estate industry, having co-founded Robinson Sigma and been affiliated with CBRE of Virginia and Highwoods Properties. He joins SLN from Divaris Real Estate, Inc. and brings more than three decades of extensive experience in all phases of the industry, to include landlord and tenant representation services, property development, project management, site selection, lease procurement, lease negotiation and construction management coordination.

In his new role, Trib will focus on representation services for landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers across various product lines, to include medical, office, industrial and development opportunities throughout the Central Virginia region.

Trib graduated from The University of Richmond and holds a B.A. in Economics.
