Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce UBS Financial Services, Inc. has leased approximately 13,000 square feet in the Wells Fargo Center at 440 Monticello Avenue in Norfolk, VA. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR, Vice President, S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the landlord and John Duffy, CCIM, SIOR of Thalhimer represented the tenant in this transaction.
UBS joins the Wells Fargo Center’s roster of office tenants including: Wells Fargo Bank Regional Headquarters and Branch, Willcox & Savage, P.C., Dixon, Hughes, Goodman, KPMG, Bunting Capital Management, Office Space & Solutions, AECOM, Norton Capital Management and S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Headquarters.
Currently in the Bank of America Building in Downtown Norfolk, UBS will relocate to their new location on the 20th floor during the 4th quarter of 2016.
