NORFOLK, VA (February 2019) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce Wayne’s Home has leased 14,500 square feet of retail space in the Dollar Tree Center, located at 2400-2420 E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk, VA.
This is the second Norfolk location for the home furnishings and electronics retailer, which opened its first store, Wayne’s Outlet, at 5650 E. Virginia Beach Boulevard in 2016.
S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.’s Seth Norman, Associate, and Chris Devine, Associate, represented Wayne’s Home in the transaction and Mike Zarpas, Broker/Owner, represented the landlord.
Dollar Tree Center, which is now 100% leased, is located between Norfolk Amphibious Base and Naval Station Norfolk, the two largest naval bases in the world.
