Wingstop Leases 2,500 SF at Riverside Shopping Centre in Danville, Virginia

Richmond, VA (January 2026) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. announces Peachtree Restaurant Group LLC, operating as Wingstop, has executed a lease for 2,500 square feet of retail space at Riverside Shopping Centre, located at 3230–3360 Riverside Drive, Suite 100, Danville, Virginia.

Wingstop will occupy Suite 100, further strengthening the tenant mix at the established neighborhood retail center.

Fenton Childers and Sam Rapoport represented the tenant in the transaction.
