Zaxby’s to Open New Location in Ashland, VA

RICHMOND, VA (July 2025) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful lease transaction for a new Zaxby’s restaurant at 806 England Street in Ashland, VA.

The lease includes 2,640 square feet of space and was executed by GK Ashland LLC, a franchisee of the well-known fast-casual chicken brand. The site offers excellent visibility and access and will serve as a key location for Zaxby’s continued growth in Central Virginia.

The tenant was represented by Adam Shor, Deshaan Johnson and Nathan Shor of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., who will continue working with the franchisee to identify and secure additional locations throughout the region.
