NAPA has leased 11,297 square feet of retail space in Chesterfield Meadows Shopping Center located at 6411 Centralia Road in Chesterfield County, VA. Bob Butcher and Andrew Thacker represented the landlord.
Popeye’s has ground leased .852 acre of land located at 2376 Lee Highway in Troutville, VA. Larry Agnew represented the landlord and Nathan Shor represented the tenant.
