Spillane to Transition to Private Asset Management Position

NORFOLK, VA (June 2024) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the promotion of Maggie Spillane to Vice President, Private Asset Management.

Maggie currently serves as an integral part of the Shopping Center Division providing landlord and tenant representation services for a variety of retail centers throughout the Hampton Roads region.

In her new capacity, she will be responsible for overseeing an 18-property portfolio comprised of both shopping center and multifamily assets within the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.

Starting July 1st, Maggie will begin working alongside Frank Cowling, Jr., CCIM, Senior Vice President and Partner, who currently holds this position.
