72K Square Foot Warehouse Sells to National Acquisition Firm

NORFOLK, VA (September 2024) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the sale of 1155 Pineridge Road in Norfolk, Virginia. Woodhill Acquisitions LLC purchased the 72,000 square foot warehouse facility from 1155 Pineridge LLC. Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR and Sam Rapoport represented the seller in the transaction.

The fully leased two-tenant industrial building is located in Norfolk Industrial Park and situated on 5.7 acres, roughly 2 miles from I-64 and the Norfolk International Airport. The property is within convenient proximity to other regional assets such as the Norfolk International Terminal (NIT), Naval Station Norfolk, Little Creek Amphibious Base, Downtown Norfolk, and the naval shipyards.

The purchaser, Woodhill Acquisitions, is a real estate investment firm with a focus on industrial properties in strong secondary markets throughout the United States, as well as event driven value-add opportunities across all asset types. Woodhill has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and has closed in excess of $1 billion in combined transactions.

This is the first investment property in the Hampton Roads market for the new owner.
