Richmond, VA – (July 2020) S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that Larry Agnew has joined the Richmond office as Vice President, Corporate Brokerage Division.
Larry comes to S.L Nusbaum Realty Co. with more than 30 years in the industry. He has consistently been one of the top producing sales and leasing brokers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Over the last ten years, Larry has represented and negotiated in excess of $150 million in sales and lease transactions with local, regional and national developers and retailers.
His in-depth experience includes the 5th Street Station development, a 470,000 square foot, Wegmans-anchored center in Charlottesville, VA. Larry identified the site and brought the development team to the Owner for an eventual joint venture. Larry and his team were responsible for approximately 370,000 square feet of leasing, and brought the center to 98% occupancy in 2019.
Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Virginia Commonwealth University.
