NORFOLK, VA – (July 2020) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $22 million in sales and lease volume on 229,174 square feet and approximately 35 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

  • Fast Auto Loans has leased 6,525 square feet of retail space at 9012 Hermitage Road in Richmond, VA. Chris Hucke and Neal Sadler represented the tenant.
