Cowling to Retire After 40 Years

NORFOLK, VA (March 4, 2025) – Frank H. Cowling, Jr., CCIM, Partner, Senior Vice President – Private Asset Management, S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is retiring effective 3/31/25 after 40 years in the commercial real estate business, 30 years with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.. (SLN).

Frank began his career with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 1994 as Vice President of Shopping Center Management and became a partner in the firm in 1998. For the last 17 years he has focused on asset managing a $500,000,000 portfolio of shopping centers and apartments in Hampton Roads and Richmond, VA. While retiring from day-to-day oversight, he will remain involved at SLN on a part-time basis.
