Emma joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2024 as an Associate and focuses on delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of their clients. She works alongside seasoned members of the brokerage team specializing in landlord and tenant representation.

With a strong foundation in market research, and client relations, she brings her unique perspective to a collaborative team environment. Prior to joining S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., Emma gained valuable experience in commercial real estate data and analytics at CoStar Group , where she excelled in building client relationships, managing portfolios, and conducting market research.
