Richmond, VA – (February 2019) S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that David T. Kalman has joined the firm’s Richmond office as Vice President, and will focus on retail sales, leasing and investment properties.
David began his career in commercial real estate in 1990 after many years in retail management. His experience expands all aspects of the commercial real estate industry to include business owner, tenant, landlord, buyer, seller and developer of commercial properties.
He is a Richmond native and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where he obtained a B.A. in History. He has been active and held leadership roles in many area organizations, including Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers, the Weinstein JCC, and the Salvation Army of Central Virginia’s Facilities Committee.
