Langston Earns CCIM Designation

RICHMOND, VA (April 2023) –   S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that Thomas Langston, Senior Associate in our Richmond, VA office, has received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

The CCIM Designation is granted to commercial real estate leaders who have a proven record of success in the field and have demonstrated a mastery of financial, market, and investment analysis.

Every candidate for the CCIM designation is required to complete an education component, pass the Comprehensive Exam and submit Portfolio of Qualifying Experience for consideration.

Tom joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2019 and has an expertise in market research, site selection and contract negotiation, while representing tenants and landlords, buyers and sellers in the sale, purchase, and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties.
