Local Credit Union Purchases Office Building in Glen Allen, VA

RICHMOND, VA (February 2025) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the sale of a 28,400 square foot office building on 1.15 acre located at 4235 Innslake Drive in Glen Allen, VA. Call Federal Credit Union purchased the facility from WAM Associates LLC for $2,950,000. Andrew Thacker provided Buyer Advisory Services on this transaction.

The two-story, Class B office building features 140 parking spaces and elevator access to the second floor.
