The Learning Experience to Develop New Site in Chesterfield

RICHMOND, VA (February 2025) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce STNL Development LLC has purchased a 1-acre parcel located at 15501 Cosby Road in Chesterfield, VA from Cosby Village LLC for $874,000. Douglas O. Tice, III, CCIM provided Buyer and Landlord Advisory Services in this transaction.

The purchaser will be developing a 10,000 square foot facility to be leased by The Learning Experience, a childcare and early child development center with multiple locations throughout the country. With centers already established in Midlothian, Glen Allen Richmond and most recently in Bon Air, this will mark the fifth Virginia location for the brand.
