NORFOLK, VA – (September 2017) – S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that Paul Peck has joined the firm as Vice President, Development & Acquisitions.
Paul brings with him more than 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., he was the Owner of First Home Properties based in Norfolk, VA, a firm which acquired office, industrial and retail assets. Paul has been active in purchasing over $1.5 billion worth of assets during his career.
In his new role, Paul will continue to obtain income-producing office, office-warehouse and industrial properties, as well as oversee the asset management of those properties.
Paul holds a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Emory University and an M.A. in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
