PGA TOUR Superstore Coming to Colonnades West

Richmond, VA (August 2023) – PGA TOUR Superstore, the nation’s leading experiential golf and tennis specialty retailer, has leased 30,000 square feet of space within the Short Pump area of Glen Allen, VA. Larry Agnew of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the tenant in the transaction and Harrison Hall and Peter Vick of Colliers represented the landlord.

With doors set to open in early 2024, this will be the first PGA TOUR Superstore in the Richmond/Central, Virginia-area. The metro-Richmond community is home to approximately 45 golf courses and, according to Golf Datatech, rounds played through June of 2023 are up nearly 15 percent in the Virginia region compared to last year.
