Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Coming to Troutville

RICHMOND, VA (August 2024) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce Troutville Dev, LLC (Popeyes) has purchased 2673 Lee Highway in Troutville, Virginia from Arista Troutville, LLC (Arista Development) for $1,700,000. Larry Agnew and Nathan Shor provided Advisory Services to both the buyer and seller in this transaction.

The existing structure, formerly occupied by Shoney’s, sits on a .85-acre site, and is slated for demolition. The new ownership will be developing a standard Popeye’s restaurant with drive thru, with an anticipated completion date in 2025. This new location is strategically positioned to serve the local community and enhance the dining options available in the area, as well as the I-81 traffic.
