Read brings with him over two decades of both brokerage and commercial development experience throughout central Virginia. He will specialize in Commercial Land Development and Sales.
Prior to his association with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., Read was President of Goode Land Company, where he established and managed a commercial land development firm that had acquired and developed eight tracts of raw land totaling fifty acres into retail and office destinations valued at $35,000,000, in addition to multiple third‐party fee development and brokerage accounts.
Read is a graduate of from Hampden‐Sydney College with a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics.
