The four-story, 90,000 square foot, Class A office building sits on 4.9514 acres at the intersection of I-264 and I-64 and North Military Highway.
The seller, FHC Property Holdings, LLC was represented by John M. Profilet, SIOR of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.
The property was purchased by Hampton Roads Connector Partners, a joint venture specializing in complex transportation projects. Chris Devine and Stephanie Sanker, CCIM, SIOR, also of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., provided buyer representation services in the acquisition.
Hampton Roads Connector Partners was recently awarded the contract for the upcoming Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project, which will provide extensive, improved transportation infrastructure for the connection between Norfolk and Hampton, Virginia.
The new owner occupies of a majority of the building, however, approximately 12,000 square feet of space on the second floor is currently available for lease.
