Sylvestor’s Dock and Door Service has leased 10,850 square feet of industrial space at 830 Juniper Crescent in Chesapeake, VA. Pierce Jacobson represented the tenant.
Joerns, LLC has leased 7,616 square feet of industrial space located at 767 Industrial Park Drive in Newport News, VA. Ben Leon and Austin Glaser represented the tenant.
