  • Dollar Tree Inc. has leased 11,170 square feet of retail space at Haynes Chippenham Plaza located at 6502 Hull Street Road in Richmond, VA. Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
  • DaaBIN Store EC, LLC has leased 10,200 square feet of retail space at 1503 W. Ehringhaus Street in Elizabeth City, NC. Ben Leon represented the tenant.
  • Discount Treasures, LLC has leased 8,404 square feet of retail space at Waterlick Plaza located at 3412 Waterlick Road, Suites 2D and 3 in Lynchburg, VA. David T. Kalman and Nathan Shor represented the landlord.
