NORFOLK, VA (February 2023) – S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce that Maggie Spillane has been promoted to Vice President.

Nusbaum Realty Co.” said Murray Rosenbach, Senior Vice President and Director of Shopping Center Leasing.
Maggie previously served as Director of Commercial Real Estate with McKinley Companies, Inc., where she oversaw all operations of their commercial portfolio consisting of approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail, office and triple net ground lease properties. Her responsibilities included general operations, supervising construction, budgeting and negotiating new leases and renewals for a local asset.
In her current role, Maggie utilizes her extensive background in commercial real estate by providing landlord representation and leasing services for a variety of shopping centers throughout the Hampton Roads region.
Maggie is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan University and holds a Bachelors in Management Business and Economics.
