NORFOLK, VA – (September 2020) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $13 million in sales and lease volume on 176,893 square feet and approximately 4 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES: 

• LW on the Rise, LLC has leased 7,000 square feet of commercial space at 3535 N. Military Highway in Norfolk, VA. Mike Zarpas represented the landlord.
• Nuevo Mexico Restaurant has leased 4,040 square feet of retail space at Sycamore Square Shopping Center in Henrico, VA. Bob Butcher and Andrew Thacker represented the landlord.
• Grub, LLC has leased 3,500 square feet of retail space at Patriots Park in Quinton, VA. Andrew Thacker, Nathan Shor and Thomas Langston represented the landlord.
• Educational Coaches LLC has leased 2,245 square feet of office space at 109 Currituck Commercial Drive in Moyock, NC. Chris Devine represented the landlord.
