NORFOLK, VA – (October 2016) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $14.5 million in sales and lease volume on 128,228 square feet and 5.72 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • The Egg Bistro has leased 4,860 square feet of retail space at Strawbridge Marketplace in Virginia Beach, VA. J.C. Wynkoop represented the tenant.
  • Catch Surf Company, LLC leased 1.3 acre located on Adderley Street in Norfolk, VA. Neal Sadler and Chris Hucke represented the tenant.
  • Harris Teeter Fuel Station has leased .857 acre located at Quarterpath Crossing in Williamsburg, VA. Richard Jacobson and Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
  • Foot Locker has leased 4,233 square feet of retail space at J.A.N.A.F. Shopping Yard in Norfolk, VA. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.

  • Sky 88, LLC has purchased a 1,651 square foot retail building located on .48 acre at 6109 West Broad Street in Richmond, VA from Helen A. Carter for $750,000. Nathan Shor represented the buyer.
  • Anchor Asset Management Group, LLC has purchased a 9,423 square foot industrial building on .99 acre located at 532 Central Drive in Virginia Beach, VA from The Henry and Shelia Martin Revocable Joint Trust for $725,000.   • JCAL Investments, LLC has purchased a 1,200 square foot industrial condominium located at 1728 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Unit 111 in Virginia Beach, VA from Esta and Ray Kreisman for $100,000. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
