NORFOLK, VA – (August 2020) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $17 million in sales and lease volume on 268,026 square feet and approximately 12 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices: 

NEW LEASES:  

• Dollar Bank has ground leased .5 acre at Regency Hilltop Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA. Murray Rosenbach represented the landlord and Sam Rapoport represented the tenant.
• Feedmore has leased 58,473 square feet of retail space at 5700 Brook Road in Richmond, VA. Elliot Warsof represented the landlord.
• Guy Trengrove-Jones, M.D., P.C. has leased 4,963 square feet of office space at Fort Norfolk Plaza in Norfolk, VA. Cheyney Cole, CCIM represented the tenant and John M. Profilet, SIOR and Ashley Bussey represented the landlord.

• Delaware Corporation has purchased a 47,002 square foot office/retail building on 4.7 acres located at 2211 S. Military Highway in Chesapeake, VA from Yagen Rental Properties for $2,120,000. Cheyney Cole, CCIM represented the seller.
• Chesapeake Development Holdings II, LLC has purchased a 4,045 square foot retail building on .05 acre at 111 W. 21^st Street in Norfolk, VA from 111 W. 21^st Street, LLC for $785,000. Michael Myers represented the seller.
