NORFOLK, VA – (August 2019) S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of the following transactions totaling approximately $18 million in sales and lease volume on 173,745 square feet and approximately 5 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices:

NEW LEASES:

  • Dollar Tree Stores has leased 12,390 square feet of retail space at Dam Neck Square Shopping Center located at 1577 General Booth Boulevard in Virginia Beach, VA. Mike Zarpas, Martin Murden, Matthew Nusbaum and Sam Rapoport represented the landlord.
  • United States Postal Service has leased 7,500 square feet of retail space at Colley Village Shopping Center in Norfolk, VA. Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
  • Paschall’s One Price Cleaners has leased 7,344 square feet of retail space at Indian River Shopping Center located at 886 S. Military Highway in Virginia Beach, VA. Mike Zarpas represented the landlord.
  • Hook & Reel Seafood Restaurant has leased 6,214 square feet of retail space at Little Creek Marketplace in Norfolk, VA. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
  • The Tasty Crab has leased 6,000 square feet of retail space in Turnberry Crossing located at 12638 Jefferson Avenue in Newport News, VA. Mike Zarpas and Ben Leon represented the landlord.

  • 3601 Price Club Blvd Assoc, LLC (Dunkin Donuts) has purchased a 2,508 square foot retail building on 1.02 acre located at 3601 Price Club Boulevard in Midlothian, VA from NET LEASE FUNDING 2005, LP (Wendys) for $865,000. Nathan Shor and Andrew Thacker represented the buyer.
  • Riverside Food, LLC has purchased the Moe’s Southwest Grill (business only) located at 237 S. Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake, VA and 5222 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA from Food Folks & Fun of Virginia, LLC. Ross A. Weinstein, J.D. represented the seller.
  • 100 W21 LLC has purchased a 4,423 square foot retail building on .27 acre located at 100 W. 21st Street in Norfolk, VA from Steven Barry Snyder for $800,000. Michael Myers represented the seller.
